Some of the core responsibilities will include: Auditing customer usage data, assisting in provisioning new customer platforms, assisting in partner implementation requests, data analysis, and data cleanup. Reporting to the Manager of Revenue Operations, you will assist in ensuring smooth operations and transition from sales into implementation. This role offers an exciting opportunity for learning and development at a fast-paced and successful company! Responsibilities Manage end-to-end product provisioning for new and existing customers, ensuring accurate and timely access to products and servicesAct as the primary liaison for implementation partner requestsMaintain detailed documentation and tracking of provisioning activities and processesHelp maintain a clean customer database and assist with data auditing and analysis Qualifications Excellent verbal and written communication skillsExceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslySelf-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvementAbility to work cross-functionally and adapt to shifting prioritiesProficiency in microsoft suite especially ExcelCandidates with experience in Salesforce preferredBachelor’s Degree or 2+ years corporate experience Additional Information Filevine is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
