Innovate RemotelyThis position is fully remote, allowing you to enjoy the flexibility of working from home while collaborating with skilled team members and contributing to groundbreaking solutions.Your ImpactThe PROvider Network Specialist is primarily responsible for completing specific activities in support of maintaining the health and accuracy of Lowe's PROvider network. The PROvider Network Specialist is responsible for ensuring that Lowe's has a third-party PROvider pool (Installers, General Contractors, Repair PROviders) able to meet the needs of the business in regard to Lowe's PROvider strategy, as well as ensuring that all third-party PROviders comply with Lowe's application and contractual compliance guidelines. To be successful, the PROvider Network Specialist must have a customer-first mindset, close attention to detail and accuracy, and be comfortable collaborating with multiple teams. In addition, the individual in this role has the desire to use various systems in a fast- paced environment to complete work and, as such, must be able to learn and utilize new systems and tools as needed.What You Will DoReviews and validates the accuracy of the third-party PROvider information based on the Risk Management & Service Support guidelinesManages the set-up process for all PROviders through various Lowe 's-based systemsProcesses and verifies all PROvider insurance, licensing, cancellations, renewals, and terminations, including PROvider open-for-payment requestsConfirms that compliant background checks are on file for PROviders while ensuring compliance standards are met by both the PROviders and Lowe'sIdentifies deficiencies within the information provided through partnering with PROviders via phone or email to ensure compliance and collect various state-required documentsInputs new vendor information into the Lowe’s Vendor System and works with Vendor Maintenance on the issuance of vendor numbersCompiles necessary documents, which may include service PROvider agreements, applications, licenses, and insurance documents for archival purposesWorks cross-functionally to effectively gather information and complete tasks while reviewing information for completeness and accuracyServes as subject matter expert to Lowe’s Services and Specialty associates, field associates, and PROviders for application process and insurance-related questionsCreate and/or update team training and resource materials, as requiredServe as a resource to complete monthly reports and special projects, as neededProvides SMART customer service at all times through the daily execution of Lowe's customer service policies, procedures, and programsOrganizes work processes to ensure the most efficient workflow while collaborating with others (i.e., PROviders, field teams, peers).Draws from program experience to offer ways to improve the PROvider experienceIn addition to the above responsibilities, this individual is held accountable for other duties as assignedMinimum QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement, if applicable3 years of experience in a defined process role, preferably in a team environmentPreferred Skills/EducationBachelor’s degreePay Range: $20.67 - $34.52 per hourStarting rate of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
