Responsibilities • Process Medicaid provider enrollment applications, revalidations, and updates. • Inform providers about enrollment requirements and assess provider needs. • Verify images of provider enrollment documents. • Ensure accuracy and completeness of data. Requirements • High school diploma or GED equivalent. • Experience working with Medicaid/healthcare insurance. Nice-to-haves • One-year medical insurance or medical office experience. • Ability to communicate clearly and confidently. • Ability to multi-task. • Ability to analyze new situations and apply problem-solving skills. • Ability to adapt to and incorporate new technologies. • Ability to manage time effectively. • Attention to detail. • Grammar and spelling accuracy.
