DigitalOptometrics - The Eye Doctor Is Always In - is expanding our Exam Operations team and looking for a detail driven, proactive Provider Enrollment Coordinator to support our growing Tele Optometry network. About the Role:
As a Provider Enrollment Coordinator, you'll play a critical part in ensuring our optometrists are fully credentialed, contracted, and enrolled with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial vision plans. Your work directly enables remote eyecare providers to deliver services and receive timely reimbursement.
You'll manage the full enrollment lifecycle - from submitting applications to maintaining audit ready profiles - while serving as a key liaison between providers, clients, and insurance carriers.
What You'll Do:

Manage Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payer enrollments.
Coordinate contracting documents and signatures.
Maintain accurate provider data in CAQH, PECOS, and internal systems.
Handle reassignments, revalidations, and recredentialing.
Resolve enrollment issues with payers and track application progress.
Keep provider documentation current and audit ready.
Collaborate with internal teams and provide client updates.

What You Bring:

3+ years of healthcare provider enrollment/credentialing experience.
Strong knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid and commercial payer processes.
Experience with CAQH, PECOS, and payer portals.
Excellent communication, organization, and problem solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast paced environment.
Telehealth or experience in the Optometry field is a plus.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Reliable hardwired internet connection.
Quiet, professional remote workspace.
