Advocate for providers by demonstrating accountability and ownership to resolve issues
Service providers through multiple channels, including phone and chat
Triage contacts from healthcare professionals and address their needs
Research and resolve complex prior authorization and claim issues
Collaborate with internal partners to ensure timely communication and resolution of issues
What Is Required (Qualifications)
High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
Must be 18 years of age or older
Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience in analyzing and solving customer concerns
Proficiency with computer and Windows PC applications, with the ability to learn complex systems
Ability to type at a speed of 35-40+ WPM with 90% accuracy
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in an office, call center, or customer service environment using phones and computers
Prior healthcare experience and familiarity with healthcare terminology
