What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
• Advocate for providers by demonstrating accountability and ownership to resolve issues
• Service providers through multiple channels, including phone and chat
• Triage contacts from healthcare professionals and address their needs
• Research and resolve complex prior authorization and claim issues
• Collaborate with internal partners to ensure timely communication and resolution of issues

What Is Required (Qualifications)
• High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience in analyzing and solving customer concerns
• Proficiency with computer and Windows PC applications, with the ability to learn complex systems
• Ability to type at a speed of 35-40+ WPM with 90% accuracy

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
• Experience in an office, call center, or customer service environment using phones and computers
• Prior healthcare experience and familiarity with healthcare terminology
