What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
• Advocate for providers by demonstrating accountability and ownership to resolve issues
• Provide support to healthcare professionals via phone and chat, addressing their inquiries
• Research and resolve complex prior authorization and claim issues to enhance provider satisfaction
• Collaborate with internal partners to ensure timely communication and resolution of issues
• Navigate multiple systems efficiently to extract necessary information for issue resolution

What Is Required (Qualifications)
• High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience with problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in computer and Windows PC applications, with a willingness to learn new systems
• Typing speed of at least 35-40 WPM with 90% accuracy
• Availability to work 40 hours per week during designated business hours, including potential overtime

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
• Experience in a call center or customer service environment using phones and computers
• Prior healthcare experience and familiarity with healthcare terminology
