Join our dynamic team as a Supervisor of Provider Claims Resolution & Recovery, where you will play a pivotal role in enhancing healthcare outcomes. In this remote position, you will lead a dedicated group of claims resolution specialists, driving operational excellence and fostering a collaborative work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Ā Lead and mentor a team of claims resolution specialists, providing valuable guidance, support, and performance feedback.
Ā Oversee daily team functions, including disputes, appeals, adjustments, and special projects, ensuring prompt and precise resolutions.
Ā Analyze trends in disputes and payment issues, working cross-functionally to implement effective process improvements and boost claim accuracy.
Ā Build and nurture strong relationships with providers, addressing claim payment inquiries, disputes, and appeals with professionalism.
Ā Ensure adherence to all applicable regulations, including CMS, DHMC, and DHCS guidelines.
Required Skills
Ā A minimum of four (4) years of experience within a Managed Care environment, particularly focused on claims processing, provider payment appeals, and disputes.
Ā At least one (1) year of supervisory experience, demonstrating a track record of leading and developing a team.
Ā Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly advanced skills in Excel.
Ā Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a knack for identifying and resolving complex issues.
Ā Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Qualifications
Ā A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred but not required.
Ā Minimum four (4) years of relevant experience in healthcare claims processing within a Managed Care setting.
Ā Proven supervisory experience of at least one (1) year leading a team.
