Proposal Support Analyst-Dental

Lead the proposal process for dental insurance offerings, from initial research and analysis to final submission. Conduct market research to understand the needs and preferences of potential clients in the dental insurance industry. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and underwriting, to gather necessary information for proposals. Develop customized proposals that effectively communicate the unique value of our dental insurance offerings to potential clients. Utilize strong analytical skills to review and analyze data, identify trends, and make recommendations for improving proposal strategies. Ensure all proposals are accurate, compliant, and delivered on time. Maintain a thorough understanding of our dental insurance products, competitive landscape, and market trends. Act as a subject matter expert for dental insurance, providing support and guidance to sales teams and other departments. Continuously monitor and assess proposal processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to increase efficiency and effectiveness. Keep up-to-date with industry best practices and incorporate them into proposal strategies. Act as a liaison between internal teams and external clients, providing exceptional customer service throughout the proposal process. Maintain organized records of proposal activity, including tracking proposal success rates and analyzing results. Collaborate with leadership to develop strategic plans and goals for driving growth and success in the dental insurance business. Stay informed on industry regulations and ensure all proposals are compliant with applicable laws and regulations.
