Proposal Specialist – Legal Software Sales

They are seeking a Proposal Specialist to manage the project execution of RFPs, RFIs, and related responses, ensuring high-quality and compliant submissions while coordinating with cross-functional teams.ResponsibilitiesOwn end‑to‑end RFx project management: Manage each assigned RFx (RFPs, RFIs, security & AI questionnaires, vendor assessments, etc.) as a discrete project, from intake through submission.
