Proposal Pricing Analyst/Mid-Level (Remote Opportunity)
VetsEZ is seeking a dynamic, energetic individual for the position of Proposal Pricing Analyst/Mid-Level. This is a full-time remote position supporting our capture management team. The candidate must function in a fast-paced proposal environment and collaborate to develop pricing and win strategies while ensuring compliance and schedule adherence.
The candidate must reside within the continental US.
Responsibilities:
ā¢ Read RFPs, prepare clarifying questions related to pricing, and prepare estimates related to the proposed solutions.
ā¢ Develop pricing for proposal submissions by working closely with the capture manager, solutions architect, and proposal manager.
ā¢ Utilize quantitative and mathematical skills to provide effective financial modeling.
ā¢ Develop and communicate potential pricing scenarios for consideration directly impacting company win rate.
ā¢ Maintain competitive data to produce Price to Win (PTW) estimates and/or to develop price volumes.
ā¢ Prepare Schedule B tables and/or required customer templates for submission.
ā¢ Maintain complete files to include required supporting documentation.
ā¢ Manage the distribution of pricing data calls to subcontractors and respond to pricing data calls by prime contractors.
Requirements:
ā¢ Bachelor's Degree in accounting, finance, mathematical, or related business field.
ā¢ At least 4+ years of pricing experience in pricing federal proposals.
ā¢ A proven history working in a financial and/or accounting position.
ā¢ Expert at using Microsoft Excel and Excel advanced features (Functions, Vlookups, Nested Formulas, etc).
ā¢ Knowledge and understanding of Indirect rates.
ā¢ Experience with government contracting including pricing, financial analysis, and contracts with federal agencies.
ā¢ Detail-oriented, and highly organized, with the ability to handle pricing for multiple proposals simultaneously.
ā¢ Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment handling multiple proposals simultaneously.
ā¢ Excellent written and oral communication skills, with demonstrated experience in briefing Management.
Additional Qualifications:
ā¢ Experience with VA's T4NG pricing volumes is a huge plus.
ā¢ Experienced in creating price-to-win strategies and competitor analysis is a plus.
ā¢ Solid analytical skills with experience working with complex data sets.
