Property Manager - Remote

What You’ll Be Doing • Oversee daily operations of property management, ensuring efficiency and high performance. • Maximize collections while minimizing expenses to enhance profitability. • Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants and vendors. • Conduct regular property inspections and coordinate maintenance needs. • Prepare and manage budgets, financial reports, and tenant communications. Ideal Candidate / Perfect Hire • Experience handling rent collection, delinquency follow-ups, and eviction processes • Background in single-family property management, not high-rise or urban multifamily buildings • Comfortable working with vendors, contractors, and maintenance coordination • Experience with cost-control and keeping property expenses low • Familiar with tenant communications common in markets like Memphis What We're Looking For • Experience in markets similar to Memphis is highly preferred. This is different from large-city property management (e.g., Seattle,), especially regarding collections and eviction timelines.
