Position: Property, Real Estate, and Community Association Managers
Type: Contract
Compensation: $1500ā$1700
Location: Remote
Duration: ~2 weeks
Commitment: ~15 hours/week
Role Responsibilities
ā¢ Create deliverables for common requests within the Property, Real Estate, and Community Association Management domain.
ā¢ Review peer-developed deliverables to enhance AI research.
ā¢ Work independently and remotely on a flexible schedule.
ā¢ Contribute expertise to cutting-edge AI research.
Qualifications
Must-Have
ā¢ 4+ years professional experience in Property, Real Estate, and Community Association Management.
ā¢ Excellent written communication with strong grammar and spelling skills.
Start Date
ā¢ Immediate
Compensation & Legal
ā¢ Payment: All experts receive a $100 onboarding payment for completing the onboarding quiz. Experts who pass enter a work trial period with a $1,500 payment for the first task. Payment then shifts to hourly pay.
ā¢ Performance Bonus: Top performers receive a weekly bonus incentive on top of their per task rate.
