Property Manager

Job Description:We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced property manager to oversee the daily operations and management of our short-term vacation rental portfolio in Anna Maria, Florida. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the value of our properties while ensuring a positive guest experience.Requirements: Current primary residence in Anna Maria, Florida, or surrounding area. The role is a contracted 40-hour work week. Responsibilities:Guest Relations:Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests related to the homeCoordinate with the concierge team on resolutionsProperty Maintenance:Coordinate and oversee property maintenance and repairsSchedule preventative maintenance across housesSchedule routine inspections and address any issues promptlyManage a maintenance team of 2-3 along with other contractors (HVAC, pool, etc)Legal Compliance:Stay updated on laws and regulationsEnsure the property complies with all relevant codes and regulationsRisk Management:Assess and mitigate risks related to property operationsImplement safety and security measuresQualifications:Can work on-site at Anna Maria homes 40 hrs per week minimally.Relevant certifications in property management (e.g., Certified Property Manager, Real Property Administrator) are a bonus.At least 4 years of previous experience in property management and vacation rental management Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organizational and multitasking abilitiesProficient in property management softwareExcellent problem-solving skills; have the ability to address and resolve issues promptly and effectivelyQuick decision-making skillsBonus: Has experience managing homes in the Anna Maria areaCompensation:This is a full-time hourly contractor position. Hourly negotiated based on experience.
