The main objective of this managerial role is to lead and work alongside a team that manages a portfolio of single-family homes, townhomes, condos, and multi-family properties in the New Braunfels area. This position requires a quick learner who can take initiative, and has impeccable follow-through and communication skills. Please note: This is NOT a remote position and will require the selected person to be in our New Braunfels office, daily. What You'll Do Manage a high-volume portfolio of single-family homes, townhomes, condos, and multi-family propertiesManage, lead, and train the property management teamProvide exceptional customer service and account management to property owners and tenantsRespond to tenant concerns and requests on a timely basis to ensure tenant satisfaction Maintain accurate records for all properties and submit them in a timely manner to include maintenance requests, monthly statements, move-in/move-out reports, etc.Confirm all leases and corresponding paperwork are completed accurately and on timeMaintain and build our outstanding reviews and ratings on Yelp, Google, and ZillowTake accountability and hold a team accountable to maintain client satisfactionRun background checks and screening for applicationsFoster strong relationships with our preferred vendors and help build and maintain our approved vendor listTake direction well but exercise good, independent judgment when necessaryMust be available for emergency on-call rotation What Qualifies You Property management experience to include single family residential, regional multi-family, and/or multi-site residentialTexas Real Estate license or the ability to obtain it within the first 120 days of employment Experience managing teams of 5+ peopleExperience using CRM and property management softwareQuick learner with a passion for real estateHighly self-motivated and willing to put forth extra effort consistently What Sets You Apart Experience using AppFolioExperience using SuiteCRMBachelor's degree
