Our Client, a well established commercial real estate firm in Greater Boston is looking for a dedicated and energetic Property Manager to be an integral part of their team. This Position will require travel 2-3 days a week throughout MA, NH, and ME and is remote when not traveling. This candidate must be based in MA, NH, or ME.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree Preferred but not required
• 3-5 years of Commercial Real Estate Experience as a Property Manager, preferably in retail or industrial
• Strong Understanding of Lease agreements and facilities management
• Strong Customer Service Skills dealing with tenants
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive "Can Do" Attitude
• Willing to travel throughout MA, NH, ME 2-3 days/week
