No complicated sales pitch.
Just connect us with owners — we handle the rest.
Most referrals pay $300–$1200 each, and high-volume referrers earn more.
What You’ll Do
• Build relationships with local property owners, investors, and landlords
• Share Bright Path’s services with people you already know or meet
• Forward qualified leads to our team (we take it from there!)
• Learn the business hands-on while you work on your real estate license
• Grow your network within the property, landlord, and real-estate community
• Optional: Shadow real estate agents, property managers, and sales calls
