You Too Can Host, LLC is growing and our amazing team is looking for an Operations Coordinator (Property Management Assistant) to help take care of our properties. This part-time contractor will support the many moving pieces it takes to offer a 5-star guest experience! Responsibilities include: - Preparing a home for a guest such as making cleaning corrections, making repairs, completing handy projects, completing laundry or stain treatment, refilling soaps and other supplies, and completing staging - Identifying needed repairs in a house and completing the repair - Changing air filters, replacing water filters, changing lightbulbs, tightening furniture or appliances, painting, hanging art, programming a door keypad, unclogging a toilet, replacing a toilet flapper, resetting or unclogging a garbage disposal, removing trash from a recycling bin, running an ozone machine, using enzyme cleaner on tough smells, lubricating a door, washing a window, deep cleaning a freezer, trimming a low-hanging tree branch, picking up trash from around a property, removing dead animals, and other things required to give a positive guest experience. - Updating house information via Google Sheets - Doing laundry and stain treatment Our team maintains a terrific attitude and appreciates dependable teammates. We offer coaching on property management to show you how to get the results we expect. This position requires physically visiting properties on a daily basis. The position is 7 days a week with up to 20 hours guaranteed. We do not allow employees to bring children, pets, or other visitors with them to the job site. OPERATIONS COORDINATOR QUALIFICATIONS Valid driver's license and dependable transportation to reach from Newnan to Marietta, Alpharetta to Stone Mountain, and Decatur to Buckhead. Our properties are around the general metro area with a concentration around Midtown Atlanta and Downtown Decatur Reliable phone for texting and calling Ability to use Airbnb as a host, Turno for cleaning scheduling, and Google Sheets for reference information An eye for detail Ability to document property visits (check-in and check-out of each property visit with notes) Time management skills Cleaning and handy skills are required Candidates may participate in personal side gigs or business ventures that do not interfere with You Too Can Host work activity Expected start date: December 2, 2024.
