They are seeking a Property & Casualty Client Service Associate to support their insurance team and deliver high-quality client experiences, with opportunities for both entry-level and licensed candidates. Responsibilities Serve as a primary point of contact for Property & Casualty clients, managing inquiries, requests, and follow-ups Assist with policy changes, billing questions, certificates, and general account servicing Handle inbound phone calls and emails with professionalism and attention to detail Complete daily tasks and priorities assigned by the Property & Casualty Manager Maintain accurate client records and support internal workflows and documentation standards Learn carrier systems, policy structures, and coverage fundamentals through training and hands-on experience Collaborate with licensed team members to ensure consistent and reliable client service Skills Strong communication skills; highly organized and detail-oriented Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and handling a high volume of client calls, emails, and service requests while maintaining accuracy and professionalism Reliable, coachable, and able to follow established processes Client-first mindset with strong follow-through and accountability Candidates without a license must be willing to obtain licensure within 3–6 months Prior experience in customer service, administrative support, or call-center environments preferred Active New Jersey Property & Casualty insurance license preferred but not required Benefits Medical insurance 401(k) with 5% employer match Professional development opportunities Supportive, growth-focused culture Company Overview At Garback Financial, we help individuals, families, and businesses gain clarity, confidence, and long-term direction in their financial lives.
