About the position

You will be the Camden Property Analyst Manager for the Asset Management team. Our team is responsible for overseeing property lifecycle, ensuring compliance, and driving operational excellence at our Camden site. As the Camden Property Analyst Manager you will be responsible for leading the Asset Management function, guiding daily operations, and serving as the primary liaison for government and customer agencies. The ideal candidate is a results‑driven leader with a proven track record in asset management, strong analytical skills, and a collaborative mindset. Responsibilities
• Provide strategic Asset Management leadership and guidance over daily operations of the Camden site.
• Ensure compliance with federal regulations, company policies, and best‑value/operational‑excellence standards.
• Manage the property life‑cycle for capital, customer, and government owned property.
• Lead and mentor the onsite team of Asset Management professionals, cultivating a collaborative culture of continuous improvement.
• Support unique contract requirements for bunker storage, aging, and act as the onsite liaison for audits and stakeholders.

Requirements
• Prior demonstrated leadership of a team
• Demonstrated experience working with Government/Customer representatives, DCMA Property Administrator, DCMA Plant Clearance Officers, Contracting Officers, and other stakeholder teams
• Subject matter expert of FAR/DFAR requirements and company policies
• MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN
• This position requires selected candidate must possess an Secret clearance to start.

Nice-to-haves
• Previous experience with SAP S/4 HANA, MMS, and other LM used tools
• NPMA certification
• Lean six sigma certification
• Knowledge of GFP Module
• Demonstrated problem solver, identifying risk and developing a corrective action plan
