Due to growth, they are looking for a Property Accountant who will have a dynamic set of assets they're responsible for all the reporting & analysis over.

Property Accountant Responsibilities:
- Provide back-up and support to the Fund Controller and Assistant Controller as needed.
- Maintain/reconcile general ledgers and work papers.
- Reconcile CAM's, bill backs, and calculate escalations.
- Conduct routine audits. Provide budget to actual variance analysis.
- Maintain confidentiality and protect the operations by keeping information confidential.
Property Accountant Qualifications:
- BS degree in Accounting/Finance.
- High proficiency in Excel software.
- Must have at least three years of experience in real estate accounting.
- Yardi experience a plus
