Proofreader
Our advertising agency client is looking for a meticulous and detail-oriented Proofreader to join their dynamic team for some ad-hoc proof reading support:
This is a remote, ad-hoc role, so hours will vary from week to week
Average hours per week = 10
The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for grammar, punctuation, spelling, and typographical errors. You will be responsible for reviewing a range of written materials including long form content, print collateral, presentations, and some copy editing.
Collaborate with a leading advertising agency to proofread and copy edit client marketing materials
Ensure accuracy by correcting errors in spelling, grammar, punctuation and formatting, adhering to style guides including AP, APA, AMA, MLA and Chicago Manual of Style
Deliver polished, error-free content for a globally recognized brand, maintaining exceptional attention to detail under tight deadlines
Agency experience is highly preferred in this role.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $36 to $40 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
