They also collaborate with different teams to improve the prompt generation process and overall AI system performance. Responsibilities Design, develop and refine AI-generated text prompts for various applicationsCollaborate with internal stakeholders, product teams and data scientists to ensure prompt alignment with company goals and user needsMonitor and analyze prompt performance to identify areas for improvementOptimize AI prompt generation process to enhance overall system performanceStay up-to-date on the latest advancements in AI, natural language processing and machine learning, specifically related to prompt engineeringProvide support to content and product teams in understanding prompt engineering best practicesDraft and distribute reports on prompt performance and development progress Qualifications Proven work experience as a Prompt Engineer or similar roleStrong verbal and written communication skillsProficient in programming languages, AI-related tools such as ChatGPT, and data analysis techniquesAn understanding of natural language processing, machine learning and AI-generated content developmentExcellent problem-solving and analytical skillsAbility to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teamsRelevant training and/or certifications in computer science, AI or a related field Additional Information Compensation Information:$100,000 - $110,000The base salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. The total compensation package for this position will be determined by each individual’s location, qualifications, education, work experience, skills and performance. We believe in the importance of pay equity - the range listed is just one component of Filevine’s total compensation package for employees.
