Job Summary:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget. This role offers the opportunity to work remotely for our client and includes occasional travel to attend 1-2 events.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure successful project completion.
• Facilitate communication and coordination between internal teams and stakeholders.
• Oversee data sorting and speaker communications management for project-related activities.
• Ensure projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
• Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable.
Must-Have Skills:
• Platform experience in Airtable and Outlook.
• Data sorting experience capabilities for speaker communications management.
• Proficiency in HTML.
Domain Experience Required:
• Prior experience in managing technical projects, preferably within the technology or IT sector.
