RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has an enterprise client seeking a Project/Program Manager II in Sunnyvale, CA.
Job Responsibilities:
ā¢ Data program management role - manager who can work with scientists and engineers on team to design
ā¢ Initiation of project with legal and business stakeholders for SOWs
ā¢ Engaging with other team PMs in order to review status, provide feedback and manage project engagements to ensure timely delivery
ā¢ Responsible for the coordination and completion of data collection projects.
ā¢ Oversee all aspects of projects.
ā¢ Sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors and summarizes progress of projects.
ā¢ Performs quality audits and prepares reports for upper management regarding status of project/program.
REQUIREMENTS:
ā¢ Bachelor's degree and 4-7 years of experience in the field or in a related area
ā¢ 4-6 years of experience in Program and/or Project Management
ā¢ 1-2 years of experience in Data Collection
ā¢ Familiar with a variety of field concepts, practices, and procedures
ā¢ Rely on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
