Project/Program Manager, Global Events
Join a dynamic team in a temporary role designed to ensure seamless operations during peak events. This position offers an opportunity to manage communication and coordination for high-visibility sessions over a six-month engagement.
Responsibilities
ā¢ Coordinate communication with allocation groups for over 400 embargo sessions, addressing inquiries and gathering session details.
ā¢ Audit session information to guarantee accuracy and completeness.
ā¢ Maintain and update launch information in the embargo Airtable base for 200+ launches.
ā¢ Schedule and facilitate embargo session review meetings for AOs.
ā¢ Collaborate with stakeholders, including allocation groups and internal teams like Workshop Studio, to manage session content.
Skills
ā¢ Strong project management expertise.
ā¢ Exceptional attention to detail.
ā¢ Experience in coordinating large-scale events.
Preferred Skills
ā¢ Proficiency in managing complex communication streams.
ā¢ Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
ā¢ Familiarity with Airtable or similar database tools.
