What is the role The Project Support Specialist will assist the Project Manager on various tasks with a focus on material tracking and budget maintenance. The following include but may not be limited to the responsibilities of the Project Support Specialist: Coordinate and actively participate in all project related meetings. Detailed material tracking of project equipment and movements throughout project lifecycle from sales to service. Manage project budgets through change orders and revenue recognition. Follow procedures for generation and implementation of all change orders. Assist Engineering department with Equipment Change Orders as needed. Assist Accounting regarding project budgets and invoicing. Support Sales staff with project needs. Assist in project digital file maintenance. Track project milestones. Generate and maintain subcontractor agreements under the direction of the Project Manager.
