The project specialist provides essential support to construction project managers, ensuring projects remain on schedule, meeting procurement standards, and comply with documentation requirements. This role is responsible for managing orders, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with contract and invoice processes to facilitate successful project execution and close-out. This is a Remote position. Responsibilities • Support construction projects through company standards with focus on time, scope, quality and cost. • Assemble, track, and monitor material and equipment orders to ensure timely delivery. • Prepare, organize, and securely store project documentation in both paper and digital formats to meet compliance standards.
