The selected candidate will work directly with the Air Force Small Business and Innovation Research Program Management Office (PMO) and should have a strong understanding of technology development and commercialization processes, with the ability to apply this knowledge to drive successful outcomes.Responsibilities include:Manage multiple projects with detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations in coordination with program leadership.Conduct market research to have a deep understanding of current industry trends.Continuously evaluate and improve processes to improve efficiency, quality, and performance.Development and implement comprehensive communication strategies to support organizational initiatives.Stay highly organized, maintain clear documentation and records of communication efforts and project resultsCoordinate and manage internal and external communications with various stakeholders and clients.Create, manage, and distribute content across various internal and external channels.Provide technical writing support, editing and proof-reading high-quality written materials.Support the development of branding materials and products to communicate the clients storyBuild and maintain relationships with key industry contacts and partners to enhance the effectiveness of programmatic initiatives.Qualifications7+ years of experienceBachelors in a finance or technology investment related fieldStrong understanding of technology development and commercializationPossess Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act certificationsProject Management experience preferredAbility to execute multiple tasks simultaneouslyExcellent work ethic and excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skillsA collaborative and engaging natureDynamic interpersonal skills to interact with all levels of managementProficient in Microsoft Office Suite toolsSecret clearance required TS preferredAdditional InformationBryceTech offers a full range of benefits, including competitive salary, a comprehensive health plan including dental and vision coverage, company-paid life & disability insurance policies, 401(k) plan with company match, and an educational reimbursement program.All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
