About Us International Evaluations is a U.S.–based organization that provides academic credential evaluations and Expert Opinion Letters for universities, attorneys, and professionals. We are expanding our network and are now specifically looking for culinary professionals to support evaluations in areas related to culinary arts, hospitality, food science, nutrition, baking & pastry, and related disciplines. Role We are seeking Culinary Chefs, Culinary Instructors, Pastry Experts, Food Industry Specialists, and Hospitality Educators to collaborate with us on a project basis. As a subject-matter expert, you will: Review culinary-related academic or professional credentials. Examine draft evaluations prepared by our internal team. Provide expert comments, clarifications, or approval. Work only on cases aligned with your culinary specialization and availability. How It Works We send you the case materials and a prepared draft evaluation. You review the documents and share your feedback or approval. Our team finalizes the evaluation based on your expert input. All collaboration is independent and not connected to your employer or institution. Compensation Competitive honorarium per project. Most cases require 30–60 minutes of expert review. Higher rates are offered for urgent requests.
