Join the Action Assistance Team at Land Logistics Land Logistics is seeking smart, proactive professionals to join our Action Assistance Team in a hybrid, part-time role. Most work is remote, but team members must be available for occasional meetings in Downtown Austin. This position is ideal for individuals with experience in project coordination, communications, research, sourcing, or tech-enabled support. What You’ll Do: • Support FEMA proposal projects, sourcing, and documentation • Use platforms like Trello, Airtable, Slack, and Google Workspace to collaborate • Assist with vendor communications, data entry, and document formatting • Coordinate project folios and support weekly operations What We’re Looking For: • Tech-savvy and comfortable working in digital systems • Strong communicator (Slack + Email) • Organized, efficient, and proactive with follow-up • Willing to learn our systems (Training provided) • BYOC - GOOD WORKING MAC APPLE ENVIRONMENT REQUIRED Tools You’ll Use: Mac Apple Environment · Airtable · Slack · Google Docs · InDesign · Adobe Suite Pay & Engagement: Hourly base: $20/hr depending on experience Project bonuses + profit sharing opportunities Flexible hours with on-demand assignments Next Steps: We’re looking to onboard right away.
