Project Manager/Scrum Master - Remote Eligible
Location: All Locations in the United States
Work Arrangement: 100% Remote or Hybrid
A Day in the Life
The Project Manager/Scrum Master acts as an Agile delivery lead, guiding large-scale, strategic initiatives from planning through delivery. This role partners closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver business value through iterative execution, clear communication, and continuous improvement.
A typical day may include:
ā¢ Leading Agile delivery activities across one or more teams, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives.
ā¢ Partnering with product owners and stakeholders to define priorities, scope, and acceptance criteria.
ā¢ Developing and maintaining delivery plans and timelines.
ā¢ Tracking progress using Agile and project metrics (e.g., sprint goals, velocity, delivery health).
ā¢ Identifying risks, dependencies, and impediments and actively working to resolve them.
ā¢ Communicating progress, risks, and outcomes to the PMO and stakeholders.
ā¢ Ensuring delivery aligns with governance, regulatory, and compliance requirements.
ā¢ Promoting built-in quality and maintaining clear, accessible project documentation.
ā¢ Adapting plans as priorities shift while maintaining transparency and accountability.
ā¢ Fostering a collaborative, high-performing team environment and driving continuous improvement.
Who You Are
ā¢ You have a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or a related field.
ā¢ You have a PMP, CPM, CSM, SAFe, or similar certification preferred.
ā¢ You have 5+ years of experience in project management or Agile delivery.
ā¢ You have 2+ years of hands-on experience serving as a Scrum Master for Agile teams.
ā¢ You have strong understanding of Agile principles, frameworks, and delivery practices.
ā¢ You have experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and supporting iterative planning and delivery.
ā¢ You are skilled in managing scope, timelines, and delivery risks.
ā¢ You are comfortable balancing Agile delivery with PMO and governance expectations.
ā¢ You are proficient with tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms.
ā¢ You have strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
ā¢ You can translate business objectives into actionable delivery plans.
ā¢ You are highly organized, adaptable, and able to work independently.
Must be authorized to work in the United States now or in the future without visa sponsorship.
Compensation
$90,000 - $120,000. Our compensation philosophy emphasizes competitive and equitable pay. Eide Bailly complies with all local/state regulations regarding displaying ranges. Final compensation decisions are dependent upon factors such as geography, experience, education, skills, and internal equity.
