Job description
- Support executive management team across a broad variety of responsibilities and adhoc requests.
- Produce high-level executive dashboards & PowerPoint decks on a monthly and quarterly basis to assist with strategic decision making, utilizing trend analysis across several international regions.
- Provide in-depth analysis of sourcing data as well as creation of regional dashboards for executive reporting purposes.
- Engage Operations Leads to understand current challenges of analytics and leveraged existing data.
- Oversee financial management of Governance process, resourcing analysis and documentation for IT's executive review meetings.
Skills
- 2-5 years professional experience
- Intermediate Excel & PowerPoint
- Comfort interacting with Senior executives & delivering projects on time
- Analytical reasoning & deduction skills
- Business writing skills - ability to convey concepts concisely and clearly
- Flexible to deal with ambiguity and evolving priorities
- Ability to interact with international business partners across various time zones.
