Project Manager (Workshop Delivery & Coordination)

We are looking for two Project Managers to support the coordination and execution of workshop-related activities across global teams. These roles are critical in ensuring smooth planning, delivery, and follow-up of workshops, with a strong focus on organization, stakeholder communication, and process tracking. This is a distributed setup: 1 role based in Europe (ideally Prague, Czech Republic) 1 role based in the United States You will work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure that workshops are effectively prepared, executed, and evaluated. Tasks and Responsibilities Coordinate end-to-end workshop activities, from preparation to post-session follow-up Manage participant tracking, including invitations, confirmations, and attendance monitoring Ensure timely distribution of pre-workshop materials and feedback requests Collect, track, and consolidate feedback before and after workshop sessions Act as a central point of contact for workshop-related communication Monitor timelines, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure smooth execution Identify and resolve logistical or coordination issues proactively Maintain clear documentation and reporting on workshop outcomes and participation Collaborate with cross-functional teams across different time zones
