In this role, you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects focused on implementing and optimizing content supply chain solutions.Note: This is a remote, work from home positionAs a Project Manager at LeapPoint, you will have the opportunity for:
Project Planning & Execution: develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements for content supply chain solution implementations
Schedule Management: develop and maintain realistic project timelines, tracking progress, and managing potential delays
Budget & Resource Management: develop and monitor project budgets, allocate resources effectively, and ensure cost-efficient delivery of project milestones
Status Reporting: provide regular updates to stakeholders through detailed reports, dashboards, and presentations on project progress, risks, and outcomes
Risk Management: proactively identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and resolve issues to keep projects on track
Problem-solving: identifying and resolving project issues, managing change, and ensuring project success
Post-Implementation Review: conduct project evaluations to assess outcomes, gather feedback, and document lessons learned for continuous improvement
The following skills will set you up for success:
4+ years of project management experience in digital marketing. Experience in Adobe content supply chain solutions and GenAI preferred
Primary experience in managing projects related to two or more workstreams (Workfront, AEM, SaaS integration, process optimization, etc.)
Proven track record of successfully delivering complex, cross-functional projects, on time and within budget
Demonstrated experience creating and managing project budgets, forecasting costs, and optimizing resource allocation
Experience working in a consulting environment, particularly with clients from various industries
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to present information clearly and concisely.
Ability to motivate and lead project teams
Attributes: Results-driven, adaptable, and collaborative, with a passion for driving innovation and impact. Track record of doing things that haven’t been done before and thriving in ambiguityCertifications: PMP, Agile, Lean Six Sigma, or Adobe Workfront Certified Project Manager a plusTravel: This position may require approximately 10-20% travelCompensation & Benefits:
The base salary for this role is $77,168 - $149,044. Compensation varies based on experience, qualifications, and demonstrated results as a Project Manager
