Project Manager/ GRC Remote Contract
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with expertise in managing projects related to the GRC. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) tools and methodologies. They will oversee the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of Archer solutions while ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
ā¢ Manage end-to-end Archer application projects, from initiation to closure, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
ā¢ Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into Archer system configurations and workflows.
ā¢ Work closely with technical teams to design, implement, and test Archer solutions tailored to business needs.
ā¢ Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
ā¢ Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and status reports for key stakeholders.
ā¢ Ensure Archer platform updates, patches, and integrations are performed efficiently with minimal business disruption.
ā¢ Facilitate user training sessions and create documentation for the Archer environment.
ā¢ Provide leadership and guidance to cross-functional teams and ensure effective communication across departments.
Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
ā¢ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
ā¢ 10+ years of project management experience, with a focus on GRC tools like RSA Archer.
Technical Skills:
ā¢ In-depth understanding of the GRC, including modules, workflows, and integrations.
ā¢ Experience with Archer APIs and data feeds for automation and reporting.
ā¢ Proficiency in project management tools like JIRA, MS Project, or equivalent.
ā¢ Knowledge of GRC frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, and SOX compliance.
