Position Summary The Project Manager is responsible for leading day-to-day execution of the HR and Payroll workstreams within a large-scale ERP transformation from Oracle to SAP S/4HANA. This role coordinates functional teams, business stakeholders, and vendors to ensure deliverables align with overall program objectives, timelines, and governance. The Project Manager maintains detailed project plans, manages risks and dependencies, and drives issue resolution within the HR and Payroll scope. Operating under the guidance of the Program Manager, this position ensures clear communication, accountability, and progress across a highly matrixed program environment. This position is remote.
