Project Manager - USA (Remote)

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager who will serve as a trusted advisor to our clients. This person is responsible for leading projects from kick-off through successful completion, ensuring a consistent, well-governed, and client-focused delivery process throughout the entire project lifecycle.

Working closely with cross-functional teams and clients, the Project Manager will oversee scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables while maintaining strong client relationships and clear communication.

This role plays a critical part in driving predictable project outcomes through established project management processes and continuous improvement. The Project Manager will provide regular project status updates to the Leadership Team and is accountable for project profitability, client satisfaction, and supporting account renewals.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage projects through all phases of the project lifecycle, from initiation and planning through execution, delivery, and closure
• Establish, document, and manage clear project scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with agreed-upon objectives
• Set and proactively manage client expectations through structured communication, documented plans, and regular status reporting
• Collaborate with assigned project team members to coordinate work, manage dependencies, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
• Apply and continuously improve Hyperscayle's project management methodologies, tools, and best practices to drive consistency and efficiency across projects
• Identify risks, issues, and change requests early, and manage them through defined governance and escalation processes
• Build and maintain strong client relationships by demonstrating Hyperscayle's ongoing value
• Provide accurate and timely project updates to the Hyperscayle Leadership Team, including progress, financials, risks, and forecasts
• Task and resource management through our project management software
• Resource projects against portfolio and pipeline needs
• Execute client communication tasks, including call scheduling and client recap emails

The Ideal Candidate:
• Holds a College degree or equivalent work/technical experience
• Has experience working within an IT consulting firm or marketing agency environment
• Holds a recognized project management certification (e.g., PMI)
• Brings a minimum of five years of experience managing full-cycle projects using structured project management methodologies
• Demonstrates a strong process mindset, with the ability to balance rigor and flexibility in client-facing environments
• Communicates clearly and professionally with both internal teams and external stakeholders
• Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts with multiple projects simultaneously
• Interest in continuous development and learning new technologies, with an ability to mentor and train team members
