Project Manager (Salesforce / Alibaba Cloud Migration)
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of a complex Salesforce migration to Alibaba Cloud for a China-based operating environment. This role is accountable for programme execution, stakeholder alignment, and ensuring delivery milestones are achieved against a December 2026 go-live target.
Key Responsibilities
Drive delivery against a multi-phase roadmap (design, build, UAT, stabilisation)Manage cross-functional teams spanning Salesforce, data migration, integration, and infrastructureEnsure bilingual (Mandarin/English) delivery standards across documentation, workshops, and communicationsProactively manage risks related to time zone, language, and cross-border collaborationLead governance forums, including steering committees and executive reportingSupport communication related to test strategy and go/no-go readinessSupport communication related to cutover planning, rehearsal cycles, and production migration executionManage stakeholder expectations across Salesforce, Alibaba Cloud, and client teams
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
8+ years of project/programme management experience in enterprise SaaS implementationsProven track record delivering Salesforce implementations or migrationsExperience with large-scale data migration and integration-heavy programmesDemonstrated experience delivering in distributed, cross-border teamsStrong understanding of Agile and hybrid delivery modelsPreferred ExperienceExperience with Salesforce on Alibaba Cloud or China-based deploymentsFamiliarity with managed packages (ISV solutions) within SalesforceExperience in travel, hospitality, or booking/reservation systemsPrior experience managing bilingual (Mandarin/English) delivery environmentsSkills & QualificationsFluent in Mandarin and EnglishStrong stakeholder management and executive communication skillsAbility to manage ambiguity and drive structured executionExperience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and release management pipelines
