Position: Elite Product and Project Manager Type: Hourly contractor Compensation: $85–$120/hour Location: Remote Commitment: 20+ hours/week Role Responsibilities • Lead initiatives to evaluate, compare, and optimize next-generation code agents. • Transition into Expert Project Manager roles for upcoming software engineering projects. • Collaborate with AI research labs to transform software development and management. • Work independently and asynchronously to meet project goals. • Leverage technical skills in code agents and open-source environments. Qualifications Must-Have • 3+ years of experience in software product or project management. • Strong technical background with code agents in open-source code bases. • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field from a prestigious university in the U.S., Canada, or the U.K.. • Exceptional attention to detail and analytical rigor. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
