Project Manager - remote, full-time

Whizz is reshaping urban mobility for the delivery workforce. We provide high-performance e-bikes through flexible subscriptions, helping gig workers maximize efficiency and earnings. Backed by top investors and growing fast, we’re expanding nationwide, launching new partnerships, and streamlining complex operations.

The Role

This is not your typical project management job. You won’t just sit in meetings, update timelines, or send follow-ups — you’ll make things happen. You’ll take ownership of high-impact projects, optimize operational processes, and work directly with one of our founders to drive execution.

From launching major partnerships with the country’s largest delivery platforms to developing new products and optimizing operations — if there’s an opportunity to scale or improve efficiency, we make it happen.

We’re looking for someone who is comfortable working with both strategy and execution — a sharp thinker who can connect the dots and back decisions with data.

What you'll do
• * Own cross-functional projects that touch every part of the business — Operations, IT, Compliance, and beyond.
• Build a plan from scratch, figure out what needs to be done, who needs to do it, and how to get it across the finish line.
• Identify automation opportunities to improve workflows and efficiency, collaborating with the development team when a new feature needs to be added or a process can be optimized.
• Analyze data, reports, and key metrics to optimize decision-making and project execution. Get your hands dirty — whether that means running live tests, rolling out an MVP manually, or tracking down missing data to get clear insights.

Requirements

? What we’re looking for
• * 3–5 years of experience in project management, startups, operations, consulting, or any high-stakes, fast-moving environment.
• A builder and a problem-solver — you thrive in ambiguity, figure things out, and create structure where none exists.
• Highly analytical — you love numbers, reports, and making data-driven decisions.
• Tech-savvy enough to identify automation opportunities and collaborate with engineers (but you don’t need to code). Comfortable with both digital and real-world execution — from software rollouts to government paperwork.
