Responsibilities :
Oversee projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, schedule, and budget.
Manage work back schedules, resolve issues, and escalate risks appropriately.
Collaborate effectively with project teams, leading meetings and engaging stakeholders.
Navigate change and ambiguity in fast-paced environments.
Apply comprehensive project management experience to optimize life cycle phases.
Qualifications :
L&D specific experience / background is highly desired.
Experience working in large technology companies is highly desired.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to lead and motivate teams.
Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Adaptability to fast-paced environments.
In-depth understanding of project management methodologies.
PMP or similar certification is a plus.
