What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
• Establish intake mechanisms for insights requests across multiple business units
• Build and maintain prioritization frameworks to align work with team and organizational goals
• Create and manage project tracking systems that provide clear visibility into work
• Lead execution of complex, cross-functional projects
• Partner with stakeholders to assess shared service needs and improve operational processes
What Is Required (Qualifications)
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, program management, or operations
• Proven experience leading cross-functional work across multiple teams
• Strong capabilities in building and improving processes, systems, and workflows
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Proficiency with project tracking tools such as Airtable, Asana, Jira, or similar
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
• Experience in gaming, entertainment, or digital publishing
• Familiarity with insights or research teams
• Background in supporting shared services or centralized operations teams
• Experience in building or supporting Communities of Practice
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies or similar ways of working
