Project Manager - Nurse Training & Software Rollout

Remote Full-time
About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the national rollout of a large-scale Nurse Training and Clinical Software Implementation program. This is a high-visibility role requiring confidence, diplomacy, and the ability to keep complex programs on track.

Job Responsibilities
• Own end-to-end project management for a multi-site nurse training rollout.
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, milestones, and dependencies.
• Coordinate closely with: Clinical SMEs and trainers, Client stakeholders and leadership, and Internal operations and support teams.
• Lead rollout readiness, scheduling, and execution across multiple facilities.
• Track progress, risks, issues, and mitigation plans.
• Run status meetings, produce clear reporting, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure consistent delivery, quality, and adherence to timelines.
• Manage logistics related to training schedules, travel, and on-site execution.
