Project Manager - Mergers & Acquisitions

Required Skills:

We are seeking an accomplished Program/Project Manager specializing in Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) with a proven track record in successfully managing projects using Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum and SAFe. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in guiding M&A initiatives, excellent communication skills, and a talent for stakeholder management. This role demands a strategic thinker who can navigate the complexities of M&A projects while fostering collaboration and transparency within Agile frameworks.

Required Experience:
• Proven experience as a

Program/Project Manager with a focus on M&A projects.
• Extensive experience in

implementing Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum and SAFe.
• Excellent communication and

interpersonal skills, with a track record of successful stakeholder
management.
• Demonstrated ability to

navigate complex M&A transactions and provide strategic
guidance.
• Minimum 6+ years in very recent

project/program management experience , with at least 4 years of that
dedicated to running large IT projects
• Proven experience in managing

multiple projects concurrently in an enterprise environment.

Solid experience in:
• Decision-making and

negotiations
• Risk assessment, and mitigation

strategies
• Excellent communication,

problem-solving, conflict/resolution management, active listening, time
management, and interpersonal skills required.
• Should demonstrate consistent

ability to guide cross-functional teams and deliver solutions while
mitigating or removing hurdles/obstacles.
• Passion for learning and using

the platform of the world’s most innovative company

Certifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business

Administration, Finance, or a related field. Master’s degree is a
plus.
• Project management

certification (PMP or equivalent) is preferred.
• CSM preferred
• Certification in SAFe is

preferred

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $60.00 - $75.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
