Strong usage of AI tools for streamlining projects Presentation Skills: Confidently and clearly deliver presentations to both the team and clients. Knowledge in Project lifecycle Risk Management skills: Identifying, analyzing risks, and developing response plans. Team Management skills : Organizing retrospectives, sprint planning, and leading daily standups. Key Responsibilities Plan and organize teamwork to achieve results within set deadlines. Ensure process transparency: communicate clearly with clients and the team, informing them about changes and risks. Analyze project data and outcomes for continuous improvement. Foster a collaborative team atmosphere, maintaining motivation and efficiency.
