The Project Manager is an individual contributor within the Learning Services organization, responsible for the successful delivery of all elements of learning programs tailored to our customers’ contractual entitlements. This role includes hands-on management of customer projects, and acting as a key stakeholder within account teams.

It is a customer-facing role that involves close collaboration with Customer Success Managers (CSMs), Account Managers, and cross-functional creative, production, translation, and technology teams. The role is accountable for delivery of high-quality, on-time, on-budget outcomes for all projects for all assigned customers.



Maintain positive, productive relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams.

Contribute to the establishment of successful partnerships with high-revenue, strategic clients; serve as the senior project management point of contact for key accounts.

Become an expert on all SAI360 products, services, project types, and project workflows; advise customers on features, functionality, and how to best optimize their investment.

Lead project kickoff calls in which requirements and timelines are discussed in detail:

Conduct an analysis of each project’s needs and develop a plan and timeline that meets them.

Run project status, creative, retrospective, and other meetings with clients and internal teams.

Deliver completed projects that meet time, cost, and quality criteria:

Work closely with Learning Operations and Customer Success Managers to ensure milestones are met by internal and external stakeholders.

Lead weekly/biweekly/monthly status meetings with clients and internal teams.

Scope change or add-on requests:

Scope and price customer change or add-on product requests and initiatives.

Identify and communicate risks to the project budget, timeline, and requirements; and work proactively to mitigate them.

Communicate outcomes and next steps to customers and internally

Champion client requests; represent client interests in product and service solution planning initiatives.

Partner with Account Managers and CSMs to facilitate successful renewals and drive revenue growth through adoption; identify opportunities for upsell and cross-sell.

Track and report results of all customer initiatives within project management tools

Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and work with Operations and others to implement those improvements.

Utilize internal tools to facilitate project work across teams, and to build and maintain customer-facing and internally used project schedules.

Complete other projects as assigned.



What you’ll bring to the table:

Bachelor's degree is preferred or commensurate experience.

3 years’ experience in a customer-facing and/or production role.

Proven success managing high, concurrent volume of projects and priorities.

Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, OneDrive).

3 years’ experience using Smartsheets or similar project management scheduling tool; Smartsheet Dashboard experience a plus.

The ideal candidate has experience in compliance, ethics, and/or governance industry, or EdTech.

As required by applicable Pay Transparency laws, the base salary range for this position is $75,000 to $95,000, plus opportunities for bonuses or commission. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
