This role partners closely with clients and internal teams to define scope, align objectives, manage resources, and ensure exceptional service delivery. Success in this role is measured by operational excellence, strong client relationships, and long-term client retention driven by a consistently high-quality experience.What You'll Be Doing:Own projects end-to-end, from initial planning through execution and final reporting.Partner with clients to define scope, objectives, timelines, and success criteriaLead project planning, communication, and execution while ensuring alignment across teamsProactively guide clients through the planning process, offering best practices, creative alternatives, and solutions to improve outcomesEnsure operational excellence across all phases of delivery, including onsite executionMonitor progress, manage risks, resolve issues, and escalate when neededDeliver high-quality post-event reporting that provides insights, recommendations, and value to the clientWhat You’ll BringBachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience4–6 years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years in the meetings or events industry preferredProven experience managing projects from planning through execution and close-outStrong knowledge of program/event management and budget maintenancePMP certification highly desired; CMP a plusHigh aptitude for technology, software tools, and analytical thinkingExcellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skillsStrong communication, consultation, and leadership abilitiesAbility to manage complex projects and stakeholder groups with confidenceThings You Should KnowThis role requires 15–20% travel, including onsite event supportSuccess requires flexibility, strong prioritization skills, and comfort navigating changing client needsYou’ll work cross-functionally with internal teams and serve as a trusted client advisorThe role is fast-paced, client-facing, and focused on delivering high-quality experiencesDISCLAIMER: This job description is designed to indicate the general nature and level of work performed by associates within this classification.
