About Our Client
My client is a premium and preferred provider of multi-site construction and maintenance service across the US. With over 40 years in the market, this general contractor is one of the most respected firms in the industry. Their devotion to consistent, high quality work and professionalism has allowed them to garner an impressive client base. The majority of their projects are focused on design build tenant improvement remodels and interior projects. They pride themselves on their work hard play hard culture and casual work environment that allows each employee to be themselves. They are in the market for a Project Manager, in an 100% remote position, that is capable of running the full project life cycle.
Job Description
Responsible for all project operations while working closely with owners and internal/external project teams
Plans and coordinates project activities inline company polices and procedures
Lead the ground-up construction projects
Creates and reviews project schedules
Partner with client from preconstruction phase through closeout
Direct the support staff and coordinate with field crews and superintendents to ensure project delivery
Establishes and fosters relationships with clients, architects, engineers and subcontractors
Responsible for forecasting and estimating costs and changes to costs for project completion
Assist in hiring and mentoring new employees
National travel a few days per month

The Successful Applicant
5+ years of construction experience (3+ years PM experience)
Interior retail project experience
Experience on fast moving projects
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Success driven
Positive attitude
