Project Manager - ERP - Remote
Job Description: We are seeking an experienced ERP Project Managers to lead and manage our ERP implementation projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, ERP systems, and business process optimization. This role requires excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
ā¢ Lead ERP implementation projects from initiation to completion.
ā¢ Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.
ā¢ Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
ā¢ Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
ā¢ Ensure compliance with project management standards and best practices.
ā¢ Provide regular project updates to stakeholders.
ā¢ Manage project resources and allocate tasks effectively.
ā¢ Conduct post-implementation reviews and ensure continuous improvement.
Current Project Consulting 1 year duration:
ā¢ A consultant familiar with acquisition integration/migration into Oracle EBS (not Oracle Cloud Fusion), specifically for Finance & Accounting modules such as:
ā¢ Fixed Assets
ā¢ Chart of Accounts
ā¢ Accounts Payable Subledger migration
ā¢ Accounts Receivable Subledger migration
ā¢ Go-Live cutover planning
ā¢ Extraction of Joint Venture Accounting Allocations (not a high need)
ā¢ Experience with SAP is a plus, but Oracle EBS expertise is essential.
Qualifications we seek:
ā¢ Proven experience as an ERP Project Manager or similar role.
ā¢ Strong knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle EBS).
ā¢ Excellent project management skills (PMP certification preferred).
ā¢ Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
ā¢ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
ā¢ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
ā¢ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
