Product Manager - eCommerce & Industrial Packaging Solutions Position Overview We are seeking a dynamic Product Manager to lead our eCommerce and Industrial Packaging Solutions division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing product strategies that drive market expansion and revenue growth while ensuring alignment with our commercial objectives and sustainability goals. Key Responsibilities • Develop and implement product strategies for eCommerce and industrial packaging solutions. • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for product innovation and category extension. • Collaborate with supply chain and product engineering teams to ensure product feasibility and efficiency. • Define key performance metrics (KPIs) to measure product success and market share. • Work closely with branding and marketing teams to develop effective commercial strategies. • Manage the product life cycle from concept through launch and beyond, ensuring alignment with business goals. • Foster relationships with key stakeholders and customers to gather insights and feedback on product performance. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred. • 5+ years of experience in product management, particularly in packaging or related industries. • Strong understanding of eCommerce platforms and industrial packaging solutions. • Experience in sustainable packaging initiatives and market expansion strategies. • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and metrics. • Demonstrated success in product innovation and commercial strategy development. • Strong communication and collaboration skills; ability to work cross-functionally. • Knowledge of materials science and B2B markets is a plus.
